Live Nation Donations

Information:

All recipients must be a certified 501c3 Tax-Exempt Status and provide a copy of their Exemption Determination Letter from the IRS. Example
All eligible organizations are permitted one donation package approval per calendar year.
Donation requests will be reviewed within 14 business days.
You will receive a notification from info@LNIndyEmployees.com indicating whether your request has been approved or denied, with information as to why.
Once approved, you will receive a pdf document that should be presented to the recipient/redeemer of ticket package. It will contain instructions on how to redeem tickets.
Tickets are issued in increments of four per request and will be lawn tickets for the amphitheaters or balcony tickets at the theater unless otherwise specified.
Restrictions apply and not all shows will be available for redemption.
All tickets will be fulfilled digitally. Mail and will call are not available options.

How can I get a copy of my organization's exemption letter?

You can download copies of original determination letters (issued January 1, 2014 and later) using our on-line search tool Tax Exempt Organization Search (TEOS).
To otherwise request a copy of the original determination letter, submit Form 4506-B, Request for a Copy of Exempt Organization IRS Application or Letter using email feature on form. You can also fax Form 4506-B to 855-204-6184 or mail to:

  Cincinnati, OH 45201
It may take 60 days or longer to process your request.
You may also request an affirmation letter using Form 4506-B. The affirmation letter serves the same purpose for grantors and contributors as the original determination letter.
If you are a subordinate organization under group exemption ruling, contact the central organization that holds the group ruling to obtain confirmation of your status as a member of the group. See Publication 4573, Group Exemptions, for more information.
